Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager at VOLT AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market presence and growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of marketing, including events, content creation, social media, customer testimonials, and the maintenance of our HubSpot platform. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will ensure cohesive and impactful marketing programs that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events to promote VOLT's products and solutions. This includes industry conferences, webinars, workshops, and other relevant events to reach target audiences effectively.

2. Content Creation: Develop or solicit high-quality content across multiple channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics, to showcase VOLT's expertise and thought leadership in the security and incident management space.

3. HubSpot Maintenance: Oversee the management and optimization of the HubSpot platform, ensuring accurate data tracking, lead nurturing, and effective campaign management to support sales and marketing objectives.

4. External Agency Management: Collaborate with external SEO and video agencies to develop and implement strategies that enhance VOLT's online visibility and drive organic traffic and engagement.

5. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across relevant platforms.

6. Customer Testimonials: Cultivate relationships with satisfied customers to collect testimonials and success stories that highlight VOLT’s impact and value proposition. Leverage these testimonials across marketing channels to build trust and credibility with potential customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on event management, content creation, or digital marketing.- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.- Passion for innovation and a keen interest in VOLT’s mission to make the world a safer place.
